Jocelyn Cooper is the owner and permanent makeup artist behind Acworth Permanent Cosmetics. With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, she expanded her career into permanent cosmetics in 2017 after completing her initial microblading certification in New York City.

Today, Jocelyn specializes in customized permanent makeup including nano hairstroke brows, powder and combination brows, permanent eyeliner, and lip blush. Her approach focuses on creating natural, timeless results designed around each client's individual features and personal style.

Jocelyn is a licensed and insured cosmetic tattoo artist in Acworth, Georgia, with training in bloodborne pathogens, cross-contamination prevention, CPR and First Aid.
