Jocelyn Cooper has been a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist for over 20 years. She continued her education in 2017 and received her Certificate in Eyebrow Microblading at Allure Microblading Academy in New York City. Microblading is a beauty procedure but it is  a tattoo, as required by law, she is a licensed and insured cosmetic tattoo artist in Acworth,Cobb County, GA. Jocelyn has extensive knowledge in cross contamination and certified in blood borne pathogens and adult CPR.  Jocelyn's passion has always been to help others on feeling great about how they look.
